 Als vor etwa einem Jahr Mateo zu uns kam, hatte er schon einen Bauchansatz und Hüftrollen. Auch wenn sie von dem weiten Hemd verborgen werden. Nach knapp einem Jahr – seit er schon Kellner bei uns ist – kann man beides nicht mehr verbergen. Er hat sich in dieser Zeit verdoppelt und freut sich schon auf die einmal im Jahr kredenzte Spezialität des Hause. Er ahnt nur nicht, dass er diese ist.

Anfangs hatte ich ihm versehentlich eine zu große Pizza gebracht, darauf entschädigte ich ihn mit eine weiteren zusätzlichen Pizza. Bald bekam er zwei-drei Pizzen gratis dazu – er hat sie alle gegessen und wurde von Tag zu Tag fetter. Jetzt hatten wir ihn zu einer Besichtigung in die Pizzeria eingeladen. Da fiel die Erkundung des großen Pizzaofen wohl unfreiwillig intensiv aus. In der Hitze quiekte er wie ein Schwein.

At first I accidentally brought him too big a pizza and I compensated him with another pizza. Soon he got two-three pizzas for free - he ate them all and got fatter from day to day. Marshmallow-boy

Er hat so viele Marshmallows gefuttert, dass er selbst zu einem riesigen wurde. Im Gegensatz zu ihm mag ich aber meine über dem Lagerfeuer am Spieß gegrillt.

Er futtert Pizza Tag für Tag,
mit sehr viel Käse – wie er es mag.
Sein Bauch wird immer umfangreicher,
sein Körper immer fetter und weicher.
Zunehmen darf er einen weiteren Zentner noch,
dann wir schieben ihn durchs Ofenloch.
Dort bäckt er dann genauso knusprig kross,
wie die Pizzen, die er zu sehr genoss.
