Dieser Hänsel war so fett geworden, dass er aus seinen Kleidern platzte und nur noch in seiner engen Unterwäsche steckte, aus der sein schwabbeliger Bauch heraushing, ohne dass er wusste, dass er bald im Ofen landen würde. 

This Hansel had become so fat that he was bursting out of his clothes and was only in his tight underwear, from which his flabby belly was hanging out, without knowing that he would soon end up in the oven.
